I have worked in various Army/ Military Hospitals across the country. I have extensive exposure in tertiary level Neonatal care in one of the biggest Army Hospital of India (Army Hospital Research and Referral, New Delhi). Helped over 7000 army wives and new mother over the vast Army career and made their breastfeeding journey as a supportive experience.

Whether you’re preparing for breastfeeding, facing challenges with latching, or navigating feeding transitions, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.  Your baby’s health and your peace of mind are my top priorities.

I am a certificated lactational consultant Worked Exclusively as Lactational Counselled in Army Hospital in Operational Field Area of Jammu and Kashmir for over 2 1/2 years.

With over 22 years of distinguished service as an officer in the Army Military Nursing Services, I bring a wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to supporting mothers and their newborns.  My background as a paediatric nurse, coupled with extensive hands-on experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs), has equipped me with the skills and empathy necessary to navigate the complexities of neonatal and lactation care.

As a certified lactation consultant, I am passionate about empowering mothers with the knowledge and support they need to confidently embark on their breastfeeding journey.  My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, ensuring that both mother and child receive personalized, compassionate care tailored to their unique needs.

It strives to make every breastfeeding journey confident, informed, and fulfilling—helping mothers establish strong foundations of health, trust, and emotional connection that nurture both baby and family for life.
